This contemporary custom home is over 6,000 sq ft with 20’ ceilings. We built custom stairs and a custom bridge, along with a 240 sq ft balcony off the master bedroom and spacious modern walk-in closet. The master bathroom features a soaking tub, huge walk-in shower, heated floors and skylight.

The main kitchen along with the butlers kitchen are finished off with modern cabinets and top of the line appliances. Waterproofing and insulation were a big focus on this build. We used 2.5” drainage board and R10 value insulation. We also used 2” closed cell insulation under the basement slab. Every nail and seam has been patched with zip liquid flashing.
